Since the early 1990's artist Troy Abbott, has been exploring the physical, emotional and spiritual relationships between humans and machines. His 2009 series Nano Cages are a commentary on 21st Century Computer Culture that is sure to make a lasting impression in the art and design world. "I am searching for a Spiritual side to our digital world. I like mixing up the past with the present and revealing ancient symbols hiding within modern technology."

Abbott has exhibited his work in many countries around the world and is in several important collections. His recent project, "Nano Cage" from 2009, explores the social phenomenon and design aesthetic of the digital device.
